New Miuz Giveaway Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the New Miuz Giveaway hosted by New Miuz ("we", "us", "our"). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the USA, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of New Miuz, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
1.3. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Entry Period
2.1. The Giveaway is held every 3 months, starting from January 1st 2024. The entry period for each Giveaway will be at the beginning of each quarter to midnight before the next quarter begins (the "Entry Period").
2.2. Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the Giveaway, customers must sign up for the Giveaway through our website at [website link]. The sign-up process requires providing a valid email address and any other information as specified on the sign-up page.
3.2. Limit one entry per person per year. Multiple entries from the same person during a single Entry Period will be disqualified.
3.3. By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails and communications from [Your Beauty Brand]. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions in our communications.
4. Selection and Notification of Winner
4.1. At the end of each Entry Period, we will select one (1) winner at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
4.2. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the end of the Entry Period. The winner must respond to the email within seven (7) business days to claim their prize.
4.3. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, or if the provided contact information is invalid or unreachable, a new winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
5. Prize
5.1. The prize for each Giveaway is a bath and beauty set valued at approximately $50 USD.
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
5.3. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another item of similar value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Privacy and Personal Information
6.1. By entering the Giveaway, you consent to our use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and for promotional purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2. The winner agrees to allow us to use their name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6.3. A selfie photo of the winner including first name will be featured on our social media and website page.
7. General Conditions
7.1. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if we determine, in our sole discretion, that fraud, technical failure, or other issues have compromised the integrity of the Giveaway.
7.2. We are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical failures or disruptions that may affect the Giveaway.
7.3. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless New Miuz and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of CA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to the Giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in CA.
