At New Miuz, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our Customer Care team ensures that every order undergoes careful inspection before being packaged and shipped. We take pride in crafting healing bath products, and our meticulous quality-checking process is designed to deliver products you'll love.

We offer returns for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. You may return the item(s) hassle-free within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Care team at We accept returns and exchanges of unopened items returned in the original packaging, with tags attached, and free of any customer-caused damages or scents. What is your return process?

To initiate a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team at Once your eligibility is determined, you'll be provided with the address of one of our available warehouses. Please cover the shipping costs and provide a tracking number once available. Upon receiving your return, our team will quickly inspect it to confirm the criteria and process your refund. Refunds are typically sent back to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Am I eligible for a return and refund?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging. Please return new, unopened items within 30 calendar days of delivery. 

My goods are damaged, what next?

If you receive a damaged product, please report it within 24 hours to, including clear images or videos of the damage caused during delivery. We will investigate the case and send you a brand new product.

My package has been lost or stolen

New Miuz is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. If you need to change your address, notify our support staff within 24-48 hours before your order is processed and shipped out. New Miuz is also not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. We will confirm delivery information for your investigation.

Do you process refunds due to unrecognized charges?

In some cases, we may allow refunds up to 3 days after purchase. Please email us for assistance. Shipping costs are excluded from any refund issued.

I haven’t received my refund yet, what next?

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company and bank, as processing time may cause delays in refund posting.

Can I exchange my product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, contact us within 4 hours of purchasing.
